Your use of Murmly is governed by our Terms of Service, and your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Together they explain how accounts and the 14-day free trial work, what we collect (and what never leaves your device), how subscriptions and billing are handled, and the acceptable-use rules that keep the service safe for everyone.
Murmly is private by default: dictation runs on-device, cloud features are opt-in and audited, and we never sell your data or use your voice for global model training. If you are a team or enterprise that requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), a list of subprocessors, or a security review before purchase, contact legal@murmly.io and we'll provide the documents you need.
